Terms
These terms cover your use of Fluxio, including refunds. Using the service means you accept them.
1 · What Fluxio provides
Fluxio is a third-party relay: your requests are forwarded to upstream model providers and billed per token at the rates listed on this site. Fluxio is not affiliated with those providers.
2 · Your account and its keys
A Fluxio API key works like a password for the API. Keep it private; anything done with a leaked or shared key is your responsibility. Revoke a key in the dashboard the moment you suspect exposure.
3 · Prepaid credit and how it is spent
Fluxio is prepaid. Your balance is usage credit for API calls, not a cash deposit, and it does not expire. Monthly plans are separate allowances with their own term.
4 · Getting money back
Unused balance from a top-up can be refunded if you ask within 4 days of that top-up; the part already consumed and the payment provider's fees are deducted.
Consumed credit and top-ups older than 4 days are not refundable. Sign-up credit, promotional credit and referral rebates cannot be refunded or turned into cash (rebate withdrawals follow their own rules in the dashboard).
Ask for a refund through the contact page; we handle it within 3 business days.
5 · When the line goes quiet
We work to keep streams flowing but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Fluxio is not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream outages, network failures or maintenance.
6 · What you may not do
Do not use Fluxio for anything unlawful, abusive or against the usage policies of upstream providers. Accounts that break these rules are disabled without refund.
7 · Who answers for model replies
Model replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them; you are responsible for how you use the output.
8 · Records we keep
For abuse handling and support, Fluxio stores the text you send in API requests (your prompts only, never the model's replies) for up to 30 days and then deletes it automatically. Usage and billing records stay with your account history. In rare troubleshooting cases the operator may capture the raw body of a limited number of requests from one specific account; this is switched off by default.
